Flights to Koh Lipe

You cannot get direct flights to Koh Lipe as there is no airport on the island. So for getting to Koh Lipe you will need to first fly in to either Bangkok Airport, Langkawi Airport, Hat Yai Airport, Krabi Airport or Phuket Airport. From any of these airports you then take take the rest of the journey by road or rail and then finally by boat. Once you arrive on Koh Lipe, the speed boat or ferry will stop offshore, just outside of the coral reefs on Pattaya Beach. You will then get off the boat directly into one of the local long tail taxi boats, who will bring you ashore. The boats can also take you anywhere around the island for 50 THB per person. Just let them know your resort name and they will take you to the nearest beach.
